11th State Consultations was formed to serve Rhode Island’s current and future Medical Marijuana Cardholders. Our goal is to continually educate others of the amazing medicinal uses of cannabis through educational campaigns and keep all community members updated with the Rhode Island Medical Marijuana program’s current status. We also hope to assist all those who qualify for the program and wish to enter. Kindly note that 11th State Consultations LTD. does not practice medicine, is not a health care facility and is not regulated nor endorsed by the Rhode Island Department of Health or any other state agency. However, we can connect you with a Rhode Island marijuana doctor who will oversee your evaluation and upon qualifying, grant you the recommendation you’d need in acquiring your medical marijuana card.

Certification Process Overview
Step 1: Connect with the Doctor/Clinic and request your certification appointment.
Step 2: Complete your certification appointment (in-person or online, you may be asked to submit medical records). Make sure that you (or the Doctor) have registered your profile with the State's Medical Marijuana Registry to submit your certification request with the State.
Step 3: You should receive your Medical Marijuana Certification within 1-2 weeks. Your physical card will arrive in the mail.
General Certification Requirements
1) Patients must be legal State residents (in the State you are looking to get certified) and provide proof of residency.
2) If possible, please submit your medical records before your appointment with the Doctor, indicating a qualifying medical condition.
