The American Medicinal Marijuana Association, Michigan Chapter is enthusiastically dedicated to providing Educational and Informational Services to medicinally Licensed Michigan Department of Community Health Patients and Caregivers in the State of Michigan. Our entire team is dedicated to meeting our Medicinally Handicapped Patient Members personal needs and medicinal requirements through Pre-screened, Qualified, Experienced and Professionally Trained Licensed Caregivers. American Medicinal Marijuana Association provides a statewide accepted process to obtain a physician’s certification for the application with the State of Michigan to possess, use and grow medical marijuana in Michigan legally. At our clinics, we offer State Board Certified Physicians recommendation for obtaining the Michigan Medical Marihuana Patient Card for State Qualified Pain Management Patients. We provide both original certifications and renewals to qualified patients.

Step 1: Connect with the Doctor/Clinic and request your certification appointment.
Step 2: Complete your certification appointment (in-person or online, you may be asked to submit medical records). Make sure that you (or the Doctor) have registered your profile with the State's Medical Marijuana Registry to submit your certification request with the State.
Step 3: You should receive your Medical Marijuana Certification within 1-2 weeks. Your physical card will arrive in the mail.
1) Patients must be legal State residents (in the State you are looking to get certified) and provide proof of residency.
2) If possible, please submit your medical records before your appointment with the Doctor, indicating a qualifying medical condition.
