We provide medical marijuana certification after an evaluation has been carried out on interested patients to determine if they are qualified for medical marijuana. To get your medical marijuana certification, make sure you have your Washington state driver’s license or Identification Card before giving us a call to make an appointment where we’d inform you concerning the necessary documentation you’d need to bring along for your appointment. During your appointment, our health care team would perform a non-invasive examination on you to determine if your medical condition qualifies you for a medical marijuana card. If you qualify, you will be given a 1 Page authorization form good for either 6 months or 1 year then you have the option to be entered into the WA DOH database.
