The Card Clinic is locally owned and operated. We are proud to be a Michigan based company, conveniently located just off I-69 in Haslett, Michigan. Our mission is to provide compassionate and friendly Medical Marijuana Program Certifications (MMMP) to all of lower Michigan. Our clinic is dedicated to the professional and discreet medical review of your health history to obtain your Michigan Medical Marijuana Program (MMMP) Card certification. Our physician has been in practice for 30 years and strongly believes in the benefits of medical marijuana. All qualified patients who have visited our office have received their MMMP Cards with no stress. We participate with the State of Michigan MMMP for “same day cards”, that is, you can receive your medical marijuana card on the day of your appointment with our Doctor.

Certification Process Overview
Step 1: Connect with the Doctor/Clinic and request your certification appointment.
Step 2: Complete your certification appointment (in-person or online, you may be asked to submit medical records). Make sure that you (or the Doctor) have registered your profile with the State's Medical Marijuana Registry to submit your certification request with the State.
Step 3: You should receive your Medical Marijuana Certification within 1-2 weeks. Your physical card will arrive in the mail.
General Certification Requirements
1) Patients must be legal State residents (in the State you are looking to get certified) and provide proof of residency.
2) If possible, please submit your medical records before your appointment with the Doctor, indicating a qualifying medical condition.
